Dear Friends,

Just in time for the Fourth of July, I am very pleased to tell you that the market is BOOMING! Don’t listen to the news. There is a wonderful selection of homes and condominiums on the market and lots of buyers eager to find their place on the desirable Westside.

That doesn’t mean that sellers can get away with unreasonable pricing. Well-priced homes always get the most buyer and broker traffic and have the greatest likelihood to go into multiple offers. Although buyers are always looking for “fixers,” which they see as opportunities for future profit, they are quick to recognize the difference between a property that’s ripe for upgrade and one that is just poorly maintained. Curb appeal is still important and staging continues to be a valuable tool to show off a home’s selling points.
